我们不收集你的数据

收工没有服务器，不注册账号。你记的账、拍的照片都存在这台手机里；开了 iCloud 同步时，只同步到你自己的 iCloud。

• 你的账包括项目、客户、出工、收款、支出、地点、备注和照片，都由你自己填写或拍摄。我们收不到，也看不到。
• 开了 iCloud 同步后，账和照片存在你自己的 iCloud 里，只在登录同一个 Apple 账号的设备之间同步，开发者看不到。
• 收工不放广告，没有接入第三方统计或广告工具，也不卖你的数据。

用到的权限

相机：拍照秒记。定位：自动填干活的地点、写进照片水印。相册：导入现场照片时读取拍摄时间和地点。都是用到时才问，拒绝了也能正常记账。

• 定位只在你使用 App 时读取，不会在后台跟踪你的位置。
• 把定位转成地名、搜索地点时，手机会把位置或搜索的文字发给苹果的地图服务。
• 导入照片时，你在系统的照片选择器里选一张，收工只读得到你选的这张。
• 通知：用来发计时和记账提醒，都是手机自己安排的，不经过我们的服务器。
• 面容 ID：只在你打开面容 ID 锁时用，由系统验证，收工拿不到你的面容数据。
• 这些权限都可以随时在系统设置里关掉，手动填写照样能记账。

照片水印

水印记录拍摄时间和地点，标明是实拍还是从相册导入。它只是记录，不代表任何证明效力。

• 水印是画在照片上的文字。你选了项目和服务的话，它们的名字也会写上，分享照片前可以留意一下。

删除和导出

删除先进回收站，30 天后才真正删掉。随时可以导出 CSV 或完整备份。

• 收工每天在这台手机上自动存一份备份，放在 App 自己的目录里，只留最近 3 份和记的账最多的那份，不进 iCloud 云备份。所以删掉的内容可能还会在这些备份里留一段时间。
• 删掉收工 App，这台手机上的账、照片和自动备份都会一起删除。
• 关掉 iCloud 同步不会删除 iCloud 里那份。要删除的话，到系统设置的 iCloud 储存空间里删除收工的数据。
• 我们没有服务器，也没有你的账号，所以没办法替你查看、导出或删除数据，这些都由你自己在手机上完成。
• CSV、备份、对账单和结算单只有你主动分享时才会离开设备。备份文件里是全部的账和照片，没有加密，请自己保管好；给甲方的对账单默认不带私人备注、精确地址和成本。

团队账本

• 团队账本里填的人员姓名、电话和备注，只存在你自己的设备和你自己的 iCloud 里，我们看不到。
• 这些是别人的信息，请先告诉对方，只记需要的内容。客户的联系方式也一样。
• 记工批次上的地点是你自己手机的定位或手填的地名，只当参考，不能当员工到场的证明，也不当考勤。

苹果提供的服务

• iCloud 同步由苹果存储，App 内购买由 App Store 处理，地名和地点搜索走苹果的地图服务。这些数据按苹果的隐私政策处理。
• 如果你在系统设置里选择和 App 开发者共享分析数据，苹果可能把崩溃和使用统计提供给我们。这些由苹果汇总，不包含你的账。
• 除此之外，收工不用别的第三方服务，也不把你的数据分享给任何人。

用户协议

收工是记账工具，金额按你填的价格和规则计算，请自己核对后再和客户结算。

• 可放心花的钱和预留税费都是按比例粗算，仅供参考，不是报税结果。
• 收工 Pro 的购买、退款和订阅由 App Store 处理。年费到期前 24 小时内自动续费，想停就提前一天在系统设置里取消。退款后，以前记的账照样能看、能导出。
• 使用收工同时适用苹果的标准用户协议（EULA）。

We Don't Collect Your Data

GigWrap has no servers and no sign-up. Everything you log and every photo you take stays on this iPhone. With iCloud Sync on, it syncs only to your own iCloud.

• Your records include projects, clients, jobs, payments, expenses, places, notes and photos. You enter or take all of it yourself. We never receive it and can't see it.
• With iCloud Sync on, your records and photos are stored in your own iCloud and sync only between devices signed in to the same Apple Account. The developer can't see them.
• GigWrap has no ads and no third-party analytics or ad tools, and we don't sell your data.

Permissions We Use

Camera: for Quick Snap. Location: fills in where you worked and adds it to photo watermarks. Photos: reads when and where imported photos were taken. We only ask when it's needed, and you can still log everything if you say no.

• Location is read only while you're using the app. GigWrap doesn't track your location in the background.
• To turn a location into a place name, or to search for a place, your device sends the location or search text to Apple's map services.
• To import a photo, you pick it in the system photo picker. GigWrap can only read the photo you pick.
• Notifications: used for timer and logging reminders. They're scheduled on your device and don't go through any server of ours.
• Face ID: used only if you turn on Face ID Lock. The system does the check, and GigWrap never gets your face data.
• You can turn any of these off in Settings anytime and still log everything by hand.

Photo Watermarks

Watermarks record when and where a photo was taken, and whether it was shot live or imported from Photos. They're only a record and don't serve as proof of anything.

• A watermark is text drawn onto the photo. If you picked a project and service, their names appear too, so take a look before you share a photo.

Deleting & Exporting

Deleted items go to Trash and are removed for good after 30 days. Export a CSV or full backup anytime.

• GigWrap saves an automatic backup on this device each day, in the app's own folder. It keeps the latest 3 and the one with the most records, and leaves them out of iCloud Backup. So something you deleted can stay in these backups for a while.
• Deleting the GigWrap app removes your records, photos and automatic backups from this device.
• Turning off iCloud Sync doesn't delete the copy in iCloud. To delete it, remove GigWrap's data from your iCloud storage in Settings.
• We have no servers and you have no account with us, so we can't view, export or delete your data for you. You do all of that on your device.
• CSVs, backups, statements and pay slips leave your device only when you share them. A backup holds all your records and photos and isn't encrypted, so keep it somewhere safe. Client statements leave out private notes, exact addresses and costs by default.

Team Books

• Names, phone numbers and notes you enter for crew members in a team book are stored only on your own devices and in your own iCloud. We can't see them.
• This is information about other people, so let them know and keep only what you need. The same goes for client contact details.
• The place on a crew batch is your own phone's location or a name you typed. It's for reference only. It isn't proof that anyone was there, and it isn't an attendance record.

Apple Services

• Apple stores iCloud Sync data, the App Store handles in-app purchases, and place names and place search go through Apple's map services. Apple handles this data under its own privacy policy.
• If you choose to share analytics with app developers in Settings, Apple may give us crash and usage statistics. Apple compiles these, and they don't include your records.
• GigWrap uses no other third-party services and doesn't share your data with anyone else.

Terms of Use

GigWrap is a bookkeeping tool. Amounts are calculated from the prices and rules you enter, so double-check them before settling up with clients.

• Safe to Spend and tax set-aside amounts are rough estimates from percentages. They're for reference only, not a tax calculation.
• The App Store handles GigWrap Pro purchases, refunds and subscriptions. The yearly plan renews automatically within 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop it, cancel in Settings at least 24 hours before. If you get a refund, you can still view and export everything you've logged.
• Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.
